Also, I would have thought that Anne-Marie and Ellie would have liked to meet the real you. This whole blog revolves around the experience of having all external expressions of your identity (and many external expressions of your personality) taken away from you and being forced to live someone else's identity. Even when you're around other victims, your new body and wardrobe prevent you from entirely getting "out of character" and completely showing your true colors. I would think, therefore, that most inn victims who meet a fellow victim (from outside of their own "victim class") would be eager to meet the complete, "real" person when one of them gets their original body back.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33083546.post-23228273485806127332009-07-08T02:10:53.741-04:002009-07-08T02:10:53.741-04:00Honestly? This apartment is too small for four people to sleep comfortably separately, and frankly, it would have been weeeeeird to see "Julia" and "Kalli" with these eyes.Toddnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33083546.post-26899017928275597192009-07-08T00:30:49.129-04:002009-07-08T00:30:49.129-04:00What did Anne-Marie and Ellie think of meeting you...What did Anne-Marie and Ellie think of meeting you and Bryan as your own selves? Sure, they both knew you by name and (to some extent) personality while you were in their bodies, but now that they have the original faces (and wardrobes) to go with the names...?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33083546.post-19386780262746844762009-07-07T14:44:04.822-04:002009-07-07T14:44:04.822-04:00Could be aliens.

I mean, Bryan is, because he thinks everyone and their mother has psychic powers, and I guess it's as likely as anything... especially since I've lived through it.Toddnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33083546.post-42383645057783643212009-07-07T13:22:03.557-04:002009-07-07T13:22:03.557-04:00Your comment about no one knowing how or why this ...Your comment about no one knowing how or why this curse got started got me to thinking. I'm in favor of a native american curse as an explanation for the inn's special attributes. Considering nothing can be found in historical documents relating to its powers it'd have to be that old. There were a number of tribes living in Maine during colonial times. Some no longer exist. It could possibly have originate from a member of one of those tribes. The other explanation is none of this is magical but the result of highly advanced technology. Where such technology could come from I have no idea.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
